In conjunction with Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 concerning the protection of personal data of natural persons and the obligations of data controllers to perform adequate technical and organizational measures, which guarantee data processing in accordance with the mentioned regulation, the Hotel of BAS takes the necessary measures and actions to follow the regulation.

TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA THAT WE COLLECT AND PROCESS
For the purpose of accommodation and in accordance with Article 116(1) of the Tourism Act we are obliged to have a register with the following information – date, name, uniform civil number, date of birth, sex, nationality, ID number, country which issued the ID, floor, room number, date of check-in, date of check-out, number of nights, whether or not tourist package was used.
Inside of the Hotel of BAS video surveillance is used.
When a reservation is made we collect two names of everyone who is staying at the hotel, telephone number and city of residence. After providing that information, you agree to it being used for the purpose of the reservation and the accommodation which is to follow.

WHAT WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR AND WHO DO WE PROVIDE IT TO
We collect and process personal data solely in conjunction with the legal requirements.
We fill out a register in accordance with Article 116(1) of the Tourism Act.
We issue invoices, in which we write down the mandatory information in accordance with the Accountancy Act.
The video surveillance is used to guarantee the safety and peace of mind of our guests.
The collected personal data is provided to the respective government authorities, which have been duly legitimated with all relevant documents – written injunctions, stating the grounds, names of the individuals, to whose personal information access is required.
The personal data is destroyed after the legal data retention period.
